The short version
ShiftWell is a wellbeing tool for shift workers. Use it honestly, don't try to break it, and understand it is not a substitute for medical advice. We will treat your data with respect. You can leave and delete everything at any time.
Not medical advice
ShiftWell provides general wellbeing information and AI-generated insights based on your self-reported data. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. If you are experiencing a health emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and do not share your credentials. You must be 18 or older to use ShiftWell. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Use ShiftWell for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the application, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the service. Violations will result in account termination.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. We use it to provide the service. We do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the Profile page.
Service availability
We will do our best to keep ShiftWell available and functioning well. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or technical issues.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
